Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Nonprofit Recruiter and Relationship Manager (remote based in Mexico).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the nonprofit recruitment pipeline for immediate and long-term needs
• Oversee and optimize the low-touch conversion process for nonprofit onboarding
• Track outreach and conversion activity, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• 3+ years of experience in managing high-volume pipelines or customer onboarding processes
• Proficient with CRM and automation tools, preferably Hubspot or similar
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience using reporting tools
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
