Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Nonprofit Recruitment Manager (remote based in Mexico).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the nonprofit recruitment pipeline for event needs and market expansion
• Oversee and optimize the low-touch conversion process and engage directly with nonprofits as needed
• Onboard qualified nonprofits, ensuring accurate completion of agreements and maintaining a strong partner experience

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• 3+ years of experience in managing high-volume pipelines or customer onboarding processes in a SaaS or similar environment
• Proficiency with CRM and automation tools, preferably Hubspot or Salesforce
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in using reporting tools to monitor performance
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
