Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Onboarding Partner to enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer pre-boarding and onboarding processes in ServiceNOW, focusing on employee experience and compliance
- Facilitate remote orientation sessions and maintain presentation content to introduce new employees to company culture and procedures
- Track onboarding metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding program
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role focused on onboarding and new hire orientation
- Experience supporting remote onboarding processes
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify gaps and drive process enhancements
- Technologically proficient, with experience leveraging digital tools and AI to elevate employee experience
