Required Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Over 5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or strategic consulting with demonstrable results
• Proven ability to lead global teams and projects, enabling local teams and aligning priorities
• Expertise in Business Intelligence tools and analytics applied to operations
• Strong knowledge in designing, documenting, and improving end-to-end processes
