Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee forecasting, resource planning, and site revenue/profit goals to support client and corporate objectives
  • Manage client relationships and ensure processes are in place for proactive service delivery and cost management
  • Direct operations of multiple global contact centers, ensuring performance, quality, and fiscal stewardship across diverse regions
Required Qualifications
  • 7-9 years of industry-related experience, including 2-4 years in contact center management or 10+ years in business management with managerial experience
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent directly related work experience
  • Strong fiscal management skills in a P&L environment
  • Knowledge of technology industry, call center operations, and facilities management
  • Ability to analyze processes and manage large teams effectively
