Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Operations Director responsible for strategic leadership and operational excellence in customer contact management across multiple global locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee forecasting, resource planning, and site revenue/profit goals to support client and corporate objectives
- Manage client relationships and ensure processes are in place for proactive service delivery and cost management
- Direct operations of multiple global contact centers, ensuring performance, quality, and fiscal stewardship across diverse regions
Required Qualifications
- 7-9 years of industry-related experience, including 2-4 years in contact center management or 10+ years in business management with managerial experience
- 4-year college degree or equivalent directly related work experience
- Strong fiscal management skills in a P&L environment
- Knowledge of technology industry, call center operations, and facilities management
- Ability to analyze processes and manage large teams effectively
