Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Global Center of Excellence, ensuring operational standards and governance
• Enhance AI-enabled operations by implementing real-time KPIs and intelligent workflows
• Define best practices for revenue management and ensure compliance across global operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program Leadership in high-growth technology companies
• Experience in building and scaling enterprise operating models and governance programs
• Proven success in leading automation and AI-driven transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of forecasting, revenue operations, and P&L drivers
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Strategy leadership
