Global Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex global programs, the full-time Global Operations Program Manager will manage initiatives from scope through go-live, focusing on geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and operational changes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex global programs, including new entity formation and geographic expansion
• Build and drive the program plan, translating objectives into clear requirements and workstreams
• Connect across functions, ensuring alignment and communication among People Ops, Finance, Legal, and other teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs related to global People infrastructure
• Hands-on operating style with a strong bias toward action and problem-solving
• Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align specialists and senior leaders across functions
• Strong executive communication skills, capable of distilling complex programs into key decisions and tradeoffs
• Strong AI fluency, utilizing AI to enhance work efficiency and output quality
