Job Summary
To support patient treatment schedules for autologous cellular immunotherapy products, the full-time remote Global Operations Scheduling Specialist will manage scheduling, monitor patient journeys, and serve as a liaison among various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient treatment activities and coordinate with apheresis centers and manufacturing sites
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues during the patient's treatment journey from collection to infusion
- Ensure business continuity and compliance with training and documentation practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Work experience in Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics
