Global Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the Global Lead, the full-time remote Global Operations Specialist will drive operational excellence in the legal entity governance program by managing tool onboarding, ensuring data integrity, and supporting budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of a new legal-entity governance system and serve as internal administrator for user access and training
• Embed Lean principles into processes and own strategic projects to enhance operational metrics and reporting
• Act as operational liaison to global teams, providing training and communications for governance tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, information systems, or a related field
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in legal operations, entity governance, or process improvement
• Strong experience with tool implementation and data migration
• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Solid budgeting and financial monitoring experience
