Global Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the Global Lead, the full-time remote Global Operations Specialist will drive operational excellence in the legal entity governance program by managing tool onboarding, ensuring data integrity, supporting budgeting efforts, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of a new legal-entity governance system and serve as the internal administrator for the governance tool
• Embed Lean principles into governance processes and design governance dashboards for senior leadership reporting
• Act as the operational liaison to global teams, providing training and support for governance tasks and communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, information systems, or a related field
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in legal operations, entity governance, or process improvement
• Strong experience with tool implementation and data migration
• Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement and process optimization
• Solid budgeting and financial monitoring experience
