Job Summary

Experienced in compliance-driven operations, the full-time Global Operations Specialist II will manage escalated case workflows, ensure quality assurance, and drive process improvements while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage escalated orders and complex exception cases, ensuring adherence to FCRA requirements and quality controls
• Conduct quality reviews, perform root cause analysis, and escalate findings to leadership to enhance operational compliance
• Analyze operational data to recommend workflow enhancements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational gaps

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in background screening or compliance-driven operations; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong analytical skills and professional judgment in complex case scenarios
• Working knowledge of FCRA, verification processes, and regulated operational workflows
• Experience managing escalations and sensitive communications
