Job Summary

Driving the re-implementation and convergence of CargoWise and other integrated platforms, the full-time Global Operations Systems Director will manage program delivery, oversee global operational standardization, and lead automation initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own program delivery and ensure accountability for system implementation outcomes across multiple departments
• Drive the definition and deployment of a global operational template while balancing standardization with local requirements
• Lead the re-implementation of CargoWise and related platforms, focusing on minimizing customization and technical debt

Required qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering, IT, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in system implementation leadership
• 10+ years of experience leading multi-country teams
• Desirable international working experience
• Experience in logistics and process improvement is essential
