Global Opex Finance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Global Opex Finance Manager to own the global operating expense planning process, including personnel costs and headcount, while partnering with business leaders to drive informed financial decisions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end planning, forecasting, and ongoing management of global operating expense categories
• Provide proactive financial guidance to business leaders, challenging assumptions and supporting strategic decision-making
• Drive the monthly and quarterly close process, including accrual reviews and variance analysis

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical business partnering role
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills with experience in complex financial modeling
• Experience in headcount planning and operating expense management in a global organization
• Strong analytical skills to translate financial and operational metrics into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus
