Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Career Development including career planning, branding, and resume development
• Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience with an understanding of organizational structures
• Expertise in virtual coaching delivery and proficiency with technology
• A high-speed internet connection and comfort with video conferencing tools
• Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to work with diverse individuals
