Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Global Outplacement Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with participants and motivate them to achieve goals
• Guide participants through the coaching process and milestone completion
• Document service delivery records in the Career Management System (CMS) for each employee serviced

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Career Development including career planning, branding, and resume development
• Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience with an understanding of organizational structures
• Expertise in virtual coaching delivery and proficiency with technology
• High-speed internet connection and reliable audio/video setup
• Self-motivated and self-directed
