Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Global Outplacement Coach.

Key Responsibilities

Establishes rapport with participants and motivates them to achieve goals
Guides participants through the coaching process and milestone completion
Documents the service delivery record in the Career Management System (CMS) for each employee serviced

Required Qualifications

Expertise in Career Development including career planning and resume development
Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience and understanding of organizational structures
Expertise in virtual coaching delivery and comfort with technology
High-speed internet connection and reliable audio/video capabilities
Self-motivated and self-directed
