Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Global Outplacement Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes rapport with participants and motivates them to achieve goals
• Guides participants through the coaching process and milestone completion
• Documents the service delivery record in the Career Management System (CMS) for each employee serviced

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Career Development including career planning, resume development, and interviewing
• Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience and understanding of organizational structures
• Expertise in virtual coaching delivery and technology proficiency
• High-speed internet connection and comfort with video conferencing tools
• Bachelor's Degree or higher education is preferred
