Global Packaging Category Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Global Packaging Category Manager, this full-time remote position will manage end-to-end sourcing for packaging materials, drive supplier performance through KPIs, and integrate sustainability initiatives into global packaging specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end sourcing for corrugated boxes and packaging materials across multi-site networks using disciplined RFx processes
• Quantify total cost of ownership impacts and protect corporate EBITDA through comprehensive financial modeling
• Structure and negotiate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work with clear performance metrics and remedies

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in global procurement within a Fortune 500 environment, focusing on corrugated packaging materials
• Strong knowledge of industrial packaging specifications and Vendor-Managed Inventory strategies
• Proven ability in advanced financial modeling and multi-regional commercial contract structuring
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
