Job Summary

Transforming enterprise partnerships, the full-time Global Partner Director will lead a strategic collaboration with Wipro, focusing on AI-driven innovation, revenue growth, and multi-directional ecosystem strategies in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and accelerate revenue targets through collaborative deal-level efforts between ServiceNow and Wipro
• Embed AI into partnership strategies and operational processes, continuously seeking opportunities for automation and scalability
• Design and execute joint business plans that foster integrated collaboration across multiple organizations and create shared value

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading strategic partnerships with large Global System Integrators or enterprise technology firms
• Proven track record in driving transformation and innovation within complex organizations
• Experience designing multi-directional partnership models involving various ecosystem players
• Demonstrated ability to influence and mobilize senior leaders across multiple organizations
• Strong financial acumen with a history of managing multi-million-dollar joint business plans
