Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales strategy by developing effective sales enablement plans and building relationships in sales regions
  • Establish trust with partners and understand strategic growth plans and competitive landscapes
  • Lead account management by creating global partner plans and coordinating cross-functional relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of sales/marketing experience with Elastic
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Tines
  • Strong history of improving B2B sales of high technology solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Existing network within Elastic and Tines across Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
