Job Summary

Driving global go-to-market strategies, the full-time Global Partner Manager will activate and expand the Autonomous Workforce practice area, collaborating closely with partners to deliver innovative solutions while working in a flexible or remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead global go-to-market alignment and co-innovation initiatives for the Autonomous Workforce practice
  • Develop and maintain executive relationships with partners to align strategies and drive joint growth
  • Coordinate joint go-to-market motions and demand generation strategies across product launches and campaigns
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in global alliances and partner sales, particularly in Enterprise Software (SaaS, CRM, AI)
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts or alliance partners and achieving revenue targets
  • Established relationships with major SIs, ISVs, and Managed Service Providers
  • Strong understanding of partner-led and co-sell sales motions
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
