Job Summary
Driving global go-to-market strategies, the full-time Global Partner Manager will activate and expand the Autonomous Workforce practice area while collaborating with partners to deliver innovative solutions, all in a flexible or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead global go-to-market alignment and co-innovation initiatives for the Autonomous Workforce practice
- Develop and maintain executive relationships with partners to align strategies and drive joint growth
- Coordinate joint go-to-market motions and demand generation strategies with partner marketing teams
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in global alliances and partner sales, particularly in Enterprise Software (SaaS, CRM, AI)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and SPM products
- Proven track record of achieving targets with large accounts or alliance partners
- Established relationships with major SIs, ISVs, and Managed Service Providers
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
