Global Partner Process Architect
Job Summary
Owning the internal processes that shape partner transactions, the full-time remote Global Partner Process Architect will manage partner portal configuration, deal registration, and lead flow while driving continuous improvement and automation of partner-facing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end configuration and continuous improvement of the partner portal, ensuring alignment with process and policy requirements
- Identify friction points in partner transactions and maintain a prioritized automation/AI roadmap for partner processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner processes integrate seamlessly with sales and operational workflows
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, or Sales Operations with experience in partner-facing systems
- Hands-on experience with PRM/partner portal platforms and deal registration workflows
- Proven ability to identify and resolve process friction using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Experience in writing requirements for IT teams and participating in UAT and release validation
- Bachelor's degree required
