Job Summary

Leading the translation of the Global Partner Program strategy into operational programs, the remote Principal Global Partner Program Manager will manage program execution, build operational frameworks, and enhance partner lifecycle processes to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Transform partner program strategy into operational plans and frameworks across all program pillars globally
• Execute day-to-day program operations, including partner communications, compliance, and process documentation
• Develop and maintain the program roadmap and operational calendar while tracking partner health metrics and performance indicators

Required qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in partner program management or platform ecosystem roles within technology companies
• Proven track record of executing impactful programs and managing tiered partner models
• Strong operational and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
• Technical fluency in AI platforms and experience in building operational models that scale outcomes
• Excellent ability to produce clean process documentation and executive-ready updates
