Global Partner Program Manager

Job Summary

To support Procore's Partner Strategy & Ops Organization, the full-time Global Partner Program Manager will design and optimize the global partner ecosystem architecture, focusing on segmentation, economic modeling, and incentive strategy while collaborating with various departments in a remote capacity with a preference for Austin, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Define partner segmentation and establish comprehensive tiering frameworks with clear requirements and benefits
• Structure partner discount models and conduct profitability modeling and cost-to-serve analysis
• Design and implement partner-facing incentives and manage MDF and incentive budgets while ensuring program consistency and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
• 6+ years of experience in partner program design, channel strategy, or partner operations within a B2B SaaS environment
• Deep financial acumen with experience in partner profitability modeling and budget sizing
• Strong technical proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, Salesforce, and PRM platforms
• Proven track record of designing partner tiering architectures and leading cross-functional change management initiatives
