Global Partner Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of a global partner ecosystem, the full-time Global Partner Program Manager will design and optimize partner segmentation, economic modeling, and incentive strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity, preferably from Austin, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Define partner segmentation and build comprehensive tiering frameworks with clear requirements and benefits
• Structure partner discount models and conduct continuous profitability modeling and cost-to-serve analysis
• Manage MDF and incentive budgets while establishing global program terms and policies for consistency and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
• 6+ years of experience in partner program design, channel strategy, or partner operations within a B2B SaaS environment
• Deep financial acumen with experience in partner profitability modeling and budget sizing
• Strong technical proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, Salesforce, and PRM platforms
• Proven track record in designing partner tiering architectures and incentive models
