Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Partner Transformation Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead partner sales and pre-sales enablement programs, including the Sales Champion Program
- Oversee the partnerization of internal GTM, sales, and SE enablement content
- Empower and enable internal Global Partner Organization teams through training and upskilling
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in partner enablement or channel programs within enterprise software or SaaS
- Proven success in building and operating pre-sales enablement programs with measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect go-to-market motions
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams, including content or enablement specialists
- Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Success leaders
