Global Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Partnerships Manager Secondee (Secondment).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of funder accounts, ensuring timely communication and addressing donor needs
• Prepare and submit high-quality impact reports and proposals, coordinating with internal teams for accuracy and alignment
• Identify new funding opportunities and support partnership renewal discussions with existing donors

Required Qualifications and Education

• 4 - 5 years of experience in fundraising, program design, or account management
• Based within three hours of Eastern Time (ET) or willing to adjust working hours
• Full fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Experience with grant proposals and donor engagement
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
