Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytically driven, the remote Global Payment Operations Specialist will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of global payment processing, collaborate with Customer Success and Member Success teams, and contribute to operational improvements and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in global payment processing workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational processes and member experience
• Create and refine process documentation to support scalability and automation efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in payment operations at a fintech or payments company
• Strong understanding of payment processing workflows, including cross-border payments and reconciliation
• Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe or Modern Treasury
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
