Global Payments Director

Job Summary

As the visionary leader and primary architect of Ford Pay, the full-time remote Global Payments Director will manage the product roadmap, create compelling payment experiences, and drive innovation in the global payment ecosystem while ensuring alignment with Ford's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year strategy for Ford Pay, focusing on customer-centric innovations and market differentiation
• Drive the development of global card payments and navigate compliance with regional regulations and local payment preferences
• Foster a high-performing culture through inclusive leadership and collaborate across a global matrix of stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in high-complexity product organizations within the Fintech or Payments industry
• Deep knowledge of worldwide card infrastructure, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and gift card platforms
• Proven track record in managing technical product roadmaps and complex backend payment architectures
• Experience using advanced data analytics and user research to inform product decisions and strategy
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
