Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in payroll analysis or related payroll/finance roles
• Knowledge of payroll software and advanced Excel/Gsheet skills
• Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance requirements
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights
• Experience with data transformation tooling
