Global Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Global Payroll Analyst, responsible for payroll processing and project management in a remote full-time position, utilizing Paylocity and Cloudpay systems while ensuring compliance and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions and manage time and labor systems while ensuring compliance
• Collaborate with HR, conduct audits, and report outcomes to Senior Management
• Identify process improvement initiatives and manage vendor relationships for enhanced performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with full life cycle payroll in a global entity, or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll laws and regulations
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment, preferably in the tech industry
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing requests
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with payroll tools like Paylocity, Workday, and Intacct
