Global Payroll Associate

Job Summary

Delivering accurate and compliant payroll services for multi-country populations, the full-time Associate Global Payroll will manage end-to-end payroll processing, support US payroll cycles, and leverage enterprise HR/payroll platforms in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including data ingestion, validations, and disbursements across multiple countries
• Support US payroll cycles, handling pre/post payroll checks, time corrections, and year-end activities
• Ensure compliance with statutory rules and maintain audit-ready documentation while managing vendor and stakeholder communications

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on core payroll operations experience, including global payroll exposure
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Payroll and working knowledge of UKG/Kronos
• Experience using ServiceNow for case management and knowledge articles
• US payroll knowledge/experience, particularly with multi-state processing
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including lookups and pivots
