Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy across payroll systems and maintain strong internal controls
• Oversee payroll tax filings, compliance, and manage corporate filings and registrations
• Coordinate global payroll and compliance while supporting the transition to a self-insured benefits model

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global payroll and compliance experience in a growing SaaS company
• Deep understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, and audit processes
• Experience with multi-state payroll tax compliance and registrations
• Exposure to sales tax, corporate filings, and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with systems such as Rippling and global payroll providers
