Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee program governance, including stakeholder management and communication
• Develop and implement Global Payroll / EOR program plans while managing budgets and resources
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in processes

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of program management experience in Global Payroll Implementation or EOR
• Ability to manage multiple global projects in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of HRIS and Global Payroll domains
• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
