A company is looking for a Director, Global Payroll to lead payroll operations across multiple countries and regions for its global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments for employees across multiple countries
• Evaluate and recommend payroll technologies to enhance efficiency and support scalability
• Partner with HR and other stakeholders to create compliant and efficient global payroll policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in payroll, with at least 5 years in a global payroll leadership role
• Extensive experience with international payroll operations and compliance
• Proficiency with Workday and other payroll-related technologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
