Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global payroll processing, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in payroll, with at least 5 years in a global payroll leadership position
• Extensive experience with international payroll operations and compliance
• Proficiency with Workday payroll module and other payroll-related technologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
