Global Payroll Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Global Payroll to lead and scale payroll operations across the U.S. and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for 1,600 U.S. & Canadian employees, including those with variable compensation
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and international regulations
• Manage a payroll team and coordinate with payroll providers across multiple countries

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of payroll experience, including leadership in a public company environment
• Experience managing payroll for large employee populations with variable compensation structures
• Extensive experience with UKG
• Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulations and working knowledge of Canadian & European payroll requirements
• Experience supporting month-end close and partnering with accounting teams
