Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for a global workforce exceeding 2000 employees
• Ensure compliance with local tax, labor, and statutory regulations while maintaining accurate payroll processing
• Lead a team of payroll specialists, promoting accountability and continuous improvement in payroll operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in US domestic and international payroll, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Experience with Workday Payroll is mandatory
• Expertise in payroll taxes, benefits, and wage and hour regulations
• Proven experience in system optimization and establishing payroll processes in new countries
• Working knowledge of payroll accounting and general ledger activities
