Global Payroll Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Global Payroll to lead and scale payroll operations across the U.S. and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for 1,600 U.S. & Canadian employees, including those with variable compensation structures
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and international regulations while managing payroll operations across multiple countries
• Support month-end close processes and collaborate with Accounting, Finance, HR Benefits, and HRIS on payroll operations

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of payroll experience, including leadership in a public company or complex environment
• Experience managing payroll for large employee populations with variable compensation
• Extensive experience with UKG and strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulations
• Working knowledge of Canadian and European payroll requirements
• Experience leading payroll teams and supporting month-end close processes
