Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Payroll to oversee and manage payroll operations across multiple countries and regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global payroll operations across EMEA, Americas, and APJ regions
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance with payroll laws and regulations
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams and manage relationships with third-party payroll providers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 15+ years of experience managing multi-country payroll operations, preferably in the software or technology sector
• Strong understanding of global payroll regulations and compliance
• Proficiency with payroll software systems (e.g., ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
