Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Payroll & Equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global payroll operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery
• Set and execute global payroll strategy, including policies and governance aligned with regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with global payroll and equity vendors, ensuring service levels and compliance are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree and/or CPP/CEP certification preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in global payroll and equity administration across multiple countries/regions
• Experience with cross-border mobility and complex multinational payroll structures
• Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and equity compensation requirements
• Proven track record of improving payroll and equity outcomes through process redesign and automation
