Job Summary

To lead the payroll team in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Global Payroll Director will oversee payroll operations across 18 countries, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing while enhancing the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations, ensuring timely and compliant payroll processing
• Develop and execute a long-term global payroll strategy focused on scalability and process excellence
• Lead a high-performing global payroll team and collaborate with cross-functional teams on payroll-related processes

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive payroll leadership with expertise in US and international payroll environments
• Proven experience leading globally dispersed teams through growth and change
• Strong operational capabilities with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
• Technical Credentialing: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent global certification
• Proficiency with payroll systems such as UKG and CloudPay, and familiarity with tech solutions like Smartsheets
