Job Summary

The full-time salaried Global Payroll Director will manage the end-to-end payroll strategy and operations for a global workforce, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with various departments in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global payroll strategy, aligning with HR, Finance, and Legal objectives
• Lead and develop a distributed global payroll team, ensuring effective workload management and operational continuity
• Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience across all countries

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive payroll experience, with at least 5 years in a global payroll leadership role
• Experience managing payroll operations across 10+ countries in multiple regions
• Deep knowledge of international payroll regulations and statutory compliance requirements
• Proven track record in leading payroll system implementations and process transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical skills, including expertise in payroll data analysis and reconciliations
