Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations, ensuring timely and compliant payroll processing
• Develop and execute a long-term global payroll strategy focused on scalability and process excellence
• Lead and develop a high-performing global payroll team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience in multi-state US and international payroll environments
• Proven ability to lead globally dispersed teams through periods of significant growth and change
• Strong operational capabilities with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a high-velocity environment
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation or equivalent global certification preferred
