Global Payroll Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll Director who will develop and execute global payroll strategies, oversee payroll operations, ensure compliance, and lead a team of payroll professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global payroll strategies to ensure compliance, efficiency, and trust in payroll delivery
• Oversee day-to-day domestic and international payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Lead and mentor a team of payroll and tax professionals

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience managing and processing multi-state (US), Puerto Rico, and international payrolls
• 5+ years of experience leading a team of payroll and tax professionals
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Payroll
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation with the American Payroll Association
• Strong working knowledge of applicable US federal, state, and local rules and laws, as well as UK, Ireland, and Australia payroll processing and compliance
