Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Global Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the global payroll strategy and initiatives, including EOR payroll and product design
• Provide operational leadership to ensure timely and accurate payroll for employees worldwide
• Manage a team of over 100 employees and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in building global payroll solutions and service delivery
• Strong understanding of the global payroll space with a track record of developing best-in-class solutions
• Experience in fast-growing, tech-enabled businesses
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across various stakeholders
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of processes and efficiency gains
