Global Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll & Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll process for employees across multiple regions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and processing of payroll
• Serve as primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in NORAM payroll and benefits administration
• Demonstrated ability to manage special projects and initiatives related to payroll and benefits
• Familiarity with payroll and HRIS systems, diverse regulatory frameworks, and tax requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• CPP or CBP Certification and proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce are a plus
