• Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now and integration with tools like NetSuite or Deputy Time Reporting
• Strong understanding of country-specific compliance standards for international payroll
• Experience in managing payroll tax balancing and year-end payroll preparation
• Ability to establish and track key payroll performance indicators
