A company is looking for a Manager, Global Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain payroll processing systems for timely and accurate payroll transactions
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations globally, ensuring compliance with local regulations and labor laws
• Manage a global payroll team and serve as the subject matter expert for payroll inquiries and issues

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of payroll functions, including preparation and payroll taxes
• Proficient with payroll software (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) and ERP software (e.g., Netsuite)
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Skilled in creating and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets
